Opus GrowthالمنتدىFor a local service account, Google Ads defaults to "presence or interest", so people who've searched for or read about your city can see your ads even when they're nowhere near…
The usual advice for Google Ads experiments is a 50/50 split so you get a clean read, but with only about 30 conversions a month that test can take a quarter to tell you anything…
A lot of posts claim Spark Ads beat standard in-feed ads because they look native, but I'm not sure the creative is doing the work. Spark Ads keep the organic likes, comments and…
Picture a store with around 40 SKUs, a mix of cheap accessories and a few higher-ticket items. PMax is already live and pulling most of the conversions, so the question is whether…
Take a candle shop doing about 40k a year. Meta still works, but CPMs keep creeping up and the owner wants a second channel. Pinterest keeps coming up because people search there…
A client's e-commerce account had purchase, add to cart and begin checkout all set as primary, and Smart Bidding drifted toward cheap add-to-carts. Spend climbed while purchases…
Say you've got a store with around 400 apparel SKUs and feed titles like "Women's Black Cotton Relaxed Fit Crew Neck Short Sleeve Summer Tee", and someone on the team wants to cut…
Take a dental clinic running Meta retargeting on the default 7-day site visitor window, which most people never touch. Someone reads the whitening page on Monday and books the…
Plenty of threads split on this status in Search Console. One camp says it's crawl budget and you need faster servers. The other says keep hitting Request Indexing until it…
With a 60-day sales cycle, I'd start with lead gen forms for volume. Prefilled name, email and company get you much higher completion rates than a landing page, but the lead shows…
Take a plumber's Google Ads account that reports 40 calls a month as conversions, where a chunk of them last under 15 seconds. Wrong numbers, people hanging up at the hold…
Picture a store with 400 SKUs and margins anywhere from about 12% to 60%. One ROAS target across the whole campaign starves the high-margin products, while the low-margin…
Plenty of people are asking whether a small ChatGPT Ads test is worth running. My guess is that at low volume you'll mostly learn whether the placement shows up for your kind of…
Honestly, I'm not sure separate exact and phrase campaigns earn their keep anymore. Google has been loosening how close a match has to be for years, so the old argument for…
Reddit gets pitched in B2B threads as a cheap way to reach people who are already talking about a problem. My hunch is the cheap CPCs come with a catch: the audience is big but…
If you give the assistant a target CPA, say 40 for leads, it judges every campaign against that line and flags problems fast. If you leave it out, it guesses a baseline from the…
Say you swap a lead import from form submits to qualified calls, or fix a purchase tag that was double firing. Smart Bidding has been learning from the old signal for months, and…
Still going back and forth on this one. For creative testing on Meta, do you give each new concept its own ad set so it gets a clean budget and a fair read, or do you put five or…
Curious how others handle client reporting when the numbers don't line up. Say an e-commerce client sees 4.2 ROAS in Google Ads, 3.1 in Meta and 2.6 blended in GA4, and wants one…
Everyone keeps pushing server-side GTM now that ad blockers and Safari have eaten into cookie lifetimes, but for a site doing a few hundred leads a month I'm not convinced it pays…
Been thinking about how much context to give an AI before asking it to review a campaign. Some people paste in the whole history: every change log, old ad copy, past tests. Others…
Most people screenshot the PageSpeed Insights lab score and argue about it, but what Google assesses for Core Web Vitals is field data: a rolling 28-day CrUX average of real…
A daily feed refresh leaves a gap that causes real trouble. A product sells out at 2pm, the feed still says in stock until the next morning, and the ad keeps sending clicks to a…
A lot of accounts attach one shared negative list to every Search campaign, and it looks tidy right up until it causes trouble. A term that's junk for one campaign can be exactly…
Most people use 3-second view rate as the first filter on TikTok openers, and it makes sense: if the first frame doesn't stop anyone, the hook is weak. But it's a cheap metric.…
If you're selling a sales-led B2B SaaS product to finance teams, LinkedIn's job title, seniority, company size and industry targeting gets you an audience that's big and only…
Most setups I've read about end up with two numbers that never match. GA4 defaults to data-driven attribution, so paid search gets credit for assists that last click would hand to…
I'd turn search partners off by default, especially on smaller accounts. Google blends them into the same campaign, so the overall CPA can look fine while a chunk of spend goes to…
Meta gives you a few ways to judge a video ad early: 3-second plays over impressions (hook rate), thumb-stop ratio, and hold rate at 15 seconds. People argue about which one…
Picture a client's monthly report with a Domain Rating column sitting next to Search Console clicks. DR drops from 34 to 31 and nobody can explain it, because that number comes…
