- Feed titles: brand first or product type first for Shopping and PMax?
It depends on how much the two feeds overlap in the queries they match. Shopping matches on the title, so a brand-first title and a product-first title don't…
- Consent Mode v2 modeled conversions: bid on them, or report only the consented count?
A cookie banner can hide a big share of EU conversions, and Consent Mode v2 is meant to win some of that back through modeling. The catch is that the model…
- Feed titles: brand first or product type first for Shopping and PMax?
Splitting the feeds is the right design, but the read-out can mislead you. A brand name in the title pulls in more searches that already include the store…
- Meta Advantage+ audience: keep the suggested interests or go fully broad?
Agreed on the lag. I'd also check that the stage you send back actually shows up in Events Manager's offline events with a decent match rate, because a stage…
- Shared negative keyword lists: account-wide or per campaign?
My rule of thumb is that a term only goes on the shared list when every campaign that touches it agrees it's waste. Everything else stays at campaign level.…
- Discontinued product URLs: 301 to the closest category, or let them 404?
Agreed, the price test is more of a guide than a rule. Before anything else I'd pull a baseline: the old product's organic conversion rate over the last six…
- LinkedIn job title targeting: narrow titles, or broad titles with tight company filters?
Function and seniority targeting runs off LinkedIn's mapped profile fields, so it misses people too when a title is odd, like "Owner / DDS." The better check…
- Meta Advantage+ audience: keep the suggested interests or go fully broad?
Agreed on creative. Broad is only as good as the event you give it, though. Advantage+ audience will find whoever is most likely to trigger that event, so if…
- Meta retargeting window: 7 days for intent or 30 days for volume?
Agreed, but check which event each audience is built on before you trust the split. If both windows are fed by all PageView traffic, the exclusion works on…
- Microsoft Ads import from Google: keep the structure or rebuild from scratch?
I'd push back on making the booking the bidding goal for month one. A confirmed booking is the right thing to judge leads by, but Microsoft only sees it if it…
- GA4 'direct' traffic: a real bucket or a place where tracking breaks?
Direct in GA4 is often just where broken tracking ends up. Take a dental clinic running Meta ads with no UTMs on the Stories links, sending patients a WhatsApp…
- Meta learning phase: leave ad sets alone, or cut the losers early?
That "few thousand impressions" figure is per ad set, and Meta splits delivery across every ad inside it. In a thin ad set, one creative usually soaks up most…
- FAQPage schema on a small site: keep it for AI answers or strip it out?
The shared field also makes this measurable. If the price comes from one template value, push it into the dataLayer on page load and send it as a GA4 event…
- Search Console average position: report it or drop it from your reports?
Fair, the bucket check won't work with what the API returns. Whether a fixed-query comparison holds up depends on how much of your traffic comes from queries…
- AI ad copy: let it write from a blank page or critique your draft first?
Agreed on the flip, but "search terms that actually converted" only means something once you name the conversion action. Plenty of accounts count form views,…
